This was a great experience. It is not easy getting a new property manager while in the middle of a lease, but they made the experience seamless. I had an issue about my deposit refund, and they took the time to talk me through it on the phone, and get it handled properly. I have nothing but respect for them after that experience, especially because I have dealt with issues throughout every property management while living down in Cincinnati.

Very nice people and respond very quickly to whatever was needed at the property my roommates and I needed to have fixed, maintained, etc. They are not the landlords just the property management company for the actual landlords which often confuses people. Clifton is just well…Clifton, houses are older and aren’t going to be in pristine condition but they make it as comfortable as they can. They did fight for us in our behalf against a chargeback from the landlord, when we had a mold issue that was blamed on us when we only had a window and a tiny exhaust fan that we did our best to mitigate. Dania and the team were always respectful and understanding as well as their maintenance people who were willing to teach me about common and uncommon house repairs when they arrived for repairs.

The team I consulted with was very kind and helpful. When we moved in the unit has been fully cleaned, everything was running correctly, anything that wasn’t was marked and already scheduled for repairs, and we were provided a welcome packet full of commonly forgotten essentials. The team is also very quick to respond to inquiries, which has been very helpful during the move in process.
