I’ve lived in an apartment managed by them for two years now, going in to my third. they are always prompt to respond to messages and maintenance requests are completed within one day. they even took my suggestion on a safety feature for our stairs within a few months of me moving in. this company is super easy to work with on the tenants side and always bend over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of
